bought it from someone who said it was bricked...but I was wrong I guess. The PSPs flawless to be honest...it looks like it hasn't been touched/used lots of times.

Yeap, I charged it already and it's fully charged.

I'm trying find out POSSIBLE reasons why this happened (common ones). I don't wanna give up on it but if there's no way to fix it really then I might as well just sell it again

Yeah, it may be bricked. A pandora can fix that though.

you can try using a pandora battery and mms but you would need a diffent psp to make the mms http://www.pspmod.com/forums/psp-har...ery-guide.html (Easy-To-Use Pandora's Battery Guide)

I would never do this and no one should but you could always try buying a used psp at gamestop and swithing them and taking the bad one back to a different gamestop saying it does not work and you just want your money back not sure if the check they s/n or not

He could also use a Memory Stick Adaptor, but only if his computer can use it. Also that's pretty mean to do to gamestop. My friend used to rent games from blockbuster and replace their working copies with his broken copies.

A person i know used to go to a shop and purchase a game. Then finish it and return it within 7 days of the purchase to receive a refund.. (just like hiring a game for a week for free)

anyways.. i think you should chuck in a pandora on its own first to see if your PSP will stay on.. the screen will be black but you will see the power light.. if the power light does not stay on with ur pandora in there then dont worry about an MMS for ur PSP is broken

That's why I trade in games at Blockbuster, you get way more credit.

that doesnt look like a bricked psp to me. if it were bricked the light would stay on for longer because the psp would be trying to boot up.

the light is just going right off; it doesnt seem like the psp is even trying to boot.

You could try a pandora and mms but think u have a different problem here. unfortunately i have no idea what that problem would be.
