When can i make a tut?

umm yeah, i dont have permission to make a thread a the tutorials section, so how do i do it? i have a tutorial ready on my notepad on cwcheat's dump fuction for cheating

i think you just post it anywhere, and send a PM to the admin or maybe a mod to let them know...

Make sure the title has tutorial in it like

[TUTORIAL] CWcheats

or however you wanna make it
