PSP PSX Games on a PS3??

So I was wondering if there was a way to play the psx games stored on your psp on your ps3? Cause I would love to play some of the psx games on my psp on my tv. And as you can probably tell the psx are not well the original copies if you know what I mean

you could buy the tv out for your psp

I thought of that before but my tv isn't comptible with it
