Well yeah i belive there wouldnt be a problem cause pc is free so converting it to work on something else should work and everything but then again there may be something wrong with that 2 cause lets say you succed in converting one to work and it also happens to not originaly be for the psp and it happens to be a huge hit to sony or rocastar might be pissed and lasuit your @$$ cause by making copies your messing with copy right if ther is one
