psp movie converter...

anyone know of a good one? cause i usually use a format which doesnt get read by most if not all of the popular psp converters..
i know of the most used ones, but anyone know of any that arent popular, but works well with ALL video formats...

I use WinMEnc, a frontend for mencoder. It can transcode any video and audio format that's supported by mplayer/mencoder, which is likely to encompass anything you'll ever find. It's also completely free of charge. The only drawback is that it's not extremely user-friendly, but that shouldn't be a problem, as it comes with a number of presets specific to the PSP.

hey tets, can that thing convert ogg/mkv video files easily? i foudn a method for converting ogg to avi but that takes sooo freaking long, i just wanna watch some anime on my damn psp.

ok, so i tried winmenc and used the preset for psp's, but im trying to convert rmvb video files, but when i press encode, the converted files arent there and it says finished when it only took like 3 seconds....

i downloaded all the files and wares winmenc says it needs,but when i start up winmenc, it says it cant find mencoder.exe and mplayer.exe.

do i need to have all these programs into one folder?
