Default Converting Custom Themes...

Is there a way to convert custom themes that people have made for earlier firmwares to the latest firmware...or do they have to do it themselves and then release it...

or is there a way to download their old theme, extract from the .ctf file and then convert it to 4.01 m33-2...

any help would be appreciated...

thanks. =D
