Umm, im not quite sure if it can, but it may be possilbe.. But im thinking the hardware has been damaged in your case. What happens when the psp is switched on?

A PSP cannot be bricked software wise if it is dropped.

Default can a psp be bricked by dropping it?

Most likely you think its a brick and you just blew the back light fuse if it turns on and you can hear the click sounds

the green light turns on for 3 seconds and turns off with regular battery. but with the pandora battery (moded) it stays on!

the psp is a ofw psp. Tried doing the mms and padora installation to see if it comes back, but nothing happens but just the 2 left lights stay on and then turn off after 1 min

no clicking sounds guys just turns on and then off after 5 secs?!?????? lol very confuzed on what to do (well this is my friends psp but helping him out)

About the PSP most likely some form of hardware was damaged when it was dropped.
