i recently bought a psp which has 3.90 firmware on it will this allow me to put downloaded games,movies and pictures on,someone told me i had to change the battery in the console and if it does allow me to which is the best programme to use.thanks

Well you were told correct, you have to change the battery or buy one.

I suggest this one if you are buying it:

You Use The Battery And A Special Magic Memory Stick That You Make With One Of The Many Programs We On PSP Mod Have Made To Install Different Firmware On The PSP So You Can Play Homebrew, Rip Games Onto The Memory Stick And Play Them Off It - ETC...

After You've Modded Your PSP With That Battery And The MMS You Then Use Your Regular Battery And .....

Viola!!! You Have Yourself A Modded PSP.

clearly she/he stated there that for "downloaded" game... -downloaded- clearly stated that she/ he already download some games.

Downloaded does not have to mean that she/he already has done it.

It is used to where it could mean IF she downloaded games will her firmware allow her to play them.

You blatantly assumed that she/he was trying to get a firmware just so she/he could play downloaded games.

Then you assumed she had downloaded games.

As long as nobody posts a link where to get games, we can discuss them, how to use them, etc.
