My Ultimate VSH menu (by Total_Noob) was working fine before when my psp was still in GEN-B but when I updated into GEN-D it suddenly became messed up

-Whenever I press SELECT it just puts me in the recovery menu which is not supposed to happen so I tried Re-Installing it but it did not work and then I tried to enable the "Use VSH menu" switched it to "VSH menu" then "Disable" then "VSH menu" again but still no luck

Any advice

Update ultimate VSH and also do the quick update to GEN-D2
