aight guys here's da deal my mobo has taken a shit keeps givin me the irql not equa or less error so i'ma get a newone since it was a old ass 733 intel but it was a faithfull pc . maybe it was the whole issue.
my laptop runs windows 7 can i use this ?

733 MHz intel?? how did you get anything done?. I have never used Windows 7 but I'm sure one of the other mods has, maybe they can answer your ?. Do you have a friend that has a newer PC that you can use?? I'm sure your old ass "P"iece of "C"rap was the problem

I think you'll get it this time. 2.0-3.0 MHz P4s you can find everywhere for cheap. You can probably find one on craigslist for less then 75.00 bucks, tower,moniter,keyboard etc.

wait wait wait...all of you, let's recap please and make sure i'm correct here:

pc...failed to inject ipl on all 3
psp memory card info check states "magicgate supported" for all 3 (that's a good thing)

now, you tried to use your friends hacked psp with the program i gave you, PSP TOOL and you tried the last option to create a magic memory stick and the last option after that screen for DC8 (5.00m33-4)...correct??? and that failed you as well, even when you selected to format the memory card with the psp???????

cause i ran that last night on my already made mms with DC8 5.00m33-4 from Rains and it ran without a flaw...

so am i 100% correct in everything i posted just now????

please, for us to help you better with what exactly is your main failure answer each detail the best you can...especially the PSP TOOL part i mentioned.

yeah i only kept it around cuzz i had all my original xbox mod shit on it and u need a xp system to repair fubared softmods
