Default Guide: How To Take Apart Your PSP

I purchased a replacement psp full housing last week which was easy and got started with it yesterday. The front was easy, but the o buttons is stuck a bit, any tips on how to fix this?

Also, I want to change the back and umd door, do I have to take apart the psp as fully as you have here or is there a way of doing it and keeping most the psp together, not separating all the bits?
