Try to format your memstick in windows with the Fat files system first before you run mspformat.

ok dvdkiller you can charge the psp with it in and turned off, and as for thedeceptions, you gotta format with FAT, try the batch file way ok, but then afterwards format with mspformat.....but remember you are NOT taking the stick out and disconnecting between these steps! common misinterpret.

Yes you can use your battery and memstick again. What, did you think you will have to sacrifice a battery and a memstick just for pandora? I dont think so.
