(to do this, start the psp with both the ceated memory card and the softmodded battery. You may or may not see anything. But the MS LED and the wifi LED should glow for a second. If it does, just press X and let that run for about 5 minutes. if it doesnt, try re-creating the memory stick)
| This happened to me. It turned on, but no flashing. So... try re-creating the memory stick? HOW? I can't do it on the PSP anymore, obviously... |

GUIDE TO::Making Pandora's Battery (*new method*)
okay I just got my slim and I am a total noob to this. However I have been reading alot lately and I think I have this covered, there are only a couple of things I don't quite get.
Well i'm not going to make my own battery, I just ordered one from codejunkies.
Now can I use my psp slim to copy the files from the noob installation to the memory stick?
And when I am finished and put in the normal battery, does the LCD then work? How do I run the unbricker if it doesn't work?, Hell, how do I run it if the LCD works, I have no idea. |

is there anyway to charge it after you cut the pin cause i forgot to charge it and now its dead, i put it in and it ownt charge. or could this be the problem:
its kinda hard to see, buts theres a small hole in the silver stuff, when i was cutting it it must have poke through, a small amount of smoke came out.
Anyways, is there any way i could fix this? |

OK so I opened the battery, and lifted the pin. I tested the battery and when i insert it the Power LED comes on, but the screen remains blank. It's a slim PSP so I get the blank screen. But the problem I'm having is that the MS LED and the WiFi LED weren't lit at all. Does anyone have any ideas?
Does anyone know where I can get a battery that is compatible with the softmod? I think the battery I used may have been too new.

GUIDE TO::Making Pandora's Battery (*new method*)
Hi guys
I am new to the board and this is my first post. I tried the new method for creating a pandora's battery and so far this is what is happening. The battery goes in and the green light comes on and does not go off. I can't use my PSP to format the memory stick because it locks up when you get past the first screen. I am finding that things are getting worse because before I could cold boot and every third time or so the wifi light would come on and it would boot then hang up. Now I can't seem to get it to boot at all. I can't tell if it's the memory stick since I ended up using my laptop to format it then I copy the files over. Any help would be great. |
