So let's say I buy the Madden Edition PSP. I'm assuming it will have the most current FW. So, how exactly do I make it homebrew-able? And also, when messing with the battery do you just snip off pin 5? Or remove one end?

As far as I have heard, just quote me if I'm wrong... you cannot use CFW on the Madden Edition. And yes it should come with the latest firmware. Oh, and weclome to the forums Morpheem. Hopefully that answers your question.

See if you can still find a God of War edition. That's the one I own now.

To all of you having this problem try this method for the magic mem. stick, it worked for me.
You must have winrar.
(PM me for the link, I can't post URL due to low amount of posts.)
This puts CHW version 3.80 m33 on your psp memory stick.
Just follow onscreen instructions.
Hope it helps, it's the only one that worked for me.

I had the same problem as all of you with that problem of "too small reserved sectors" but I got it solved on this thread!!! If you didn't search through the pages for the answer to your problem and posted in such a cluster, you should be shot with a pair of pliers... you heard/read me! If you didn't understand the way it was explained or otherwise need further clarification, then you can post. I'm just getting tired of seeing the same problems being repeated over and over again and people not reading through other people's experiences.
