Default Easy-To-Use Pandora's Battery Guide

Hercules, please help me. I've been flipping through these 99 pages for the last week trying to find the answer to my problem. I used this guide to the letter to mod my phat psp and it worked like a charm. Tried using the same mms and battery on my friends slim psp and bricked it, black screen no go green light no action the whole works. Reformatted the mms and set it all up again this time using his battery which I modded via this guide and I am having the same problem as the guy on page 65 but no matter how many times I reformat the mms it only gets to
Formatting flash0... OK
Formatting flash1...
and that's it. My friend is mad cause I can't get it to work, I'm mad cause I can't get it to work and if I can't fix it I have to buy him a new one ARGH! I've tried holding L I've tried holding R nothing works. If you went into further detail on this problem just let me know what page to find it on, if not please help me with this.

I THINK that it's a nand brick.

You need NAND Tools to fix it.

I think...

I still have the memory stick I used to mod my old psp before it got stolen, would the devhook folder have the tools that I need?
And if so how would I apply them to them memory stick that I am using to mod the slim(which was a Daxter Pack model btw)
And I use XP so that isn't the issue.
Should I use Rain's MMS maker? I think I have that somewheres, but I'd prefer to go through with what I find here after having such fantabulous results with my phat that is 3.71 m33-2
LAST EDIT I SWEAR:
I just found the method of the answer to my problem now I just need the location of the answer to my problem. Where can I find nandTool_02?

Hercules I can keep up with this thread if you like.

I'm not 100% sure I can do it all the time, but I can have a look every once in a while.

Just an offer.

Default Easy-To-Use Pandora's Battery Guide

I attempted to make a battery tonight. Used an exacto knife, and it took me about an hour and a half to get the shit open. And the pin is so small that Im not even sure if I got it lifted or not. Then when I just went ahead and tried to make my memory card, I realized I had a fake...gonna go buy a new memory card tomorrow, but damn this shit is kicking my ass.

Unhappy Easy-To-Use Pandora's Battery Guide

ok I have a real pandora's battery 3.6v 1800mAh and a sony magic pandora stick duo.I have used these to mod many fat psp systems but I bought the psp2001 slim and it won't install m33 all I get is a grey lit screen and a green light.I have tried holding down the left before putting pandora battery in but still just grey lit screen and green light for power. Is there anything I can do to get m33 on my psp slim?
P.S. It is the silver Daxter entertainment pack one if that makes any difference and the pandora stick duo was made with xp home.
p.p.s. I have Version 390 software
