ok now I know its bricked all I hav is the green light

any tips on how not to let this happen again?
I had it working, just in case anyone say follow the tutorial.

is thier any use with my 3 day old slim psp?
what would have to done to fix it? motherboard? how much would it cost to fix?

can I bring it back to the shop under the gareentee?

any advice

when i try to format the memory stick through dos command. I get a error:
"open error(read)"
what should i do ?

well i already had my CFw on my psp..everything went well but then accident happen and yeah.. got my psp brick with its CFW... idk how to fix this because.. i tried putting the pandora battery and my MMS and still wont boot up.. i mean it boots up and theres a green light on power and a crazy orange light on the left side and the screen is black but there is a light..its just that its blank...please anyone..?
do i have to remake the MMS?how since i dont have psp to do it anymore....i tired using memory card reader but it says pseudo is not need to be formated or something like that... pleas help the noobs like me...

ur using Vista obviously...
try using XP, that would definitly work

bobc22, you might have blown the screen or the backlight because the battery and stuff indicates everything is working fine except the screen. turn your psp on and shine a torch at the screen or something

robemoor, you have to somehow make the MMS again, maybe with a card reader or some other device that will let you hook card up to the computer. the MMS will unbrick your psp. Since you have put custom firmware on your PSP, your PSP is no longer under warranty so no use bringing it back "under warranty" ;-)

why would you purposefully reformat your harddrive just to make it work?

Just use Rain's simple MMS maker

... I don't think I pasted the 371.pbp, says something like "can't find 371.PBP at root." So, is there any way to get back into the Mem Stick and pasting it in their?
