No, you will have to install ChickHEN R2.
But first you need to get out a soldering gun and solder that leg back in place.

You don't need a Pandora Battery or MMS anymore. You can install ChickHEN R2 and then run an M33 update while on ChickHEN R2.
Details here: http://www.pspmod.com/forums/psp-fir...sp-any-fw.html (PSP CFW ON ANY PHAT OR HACKABLE SLIM ( without pandora ) or 2nd psp and any fw)
Do not run this you have an unhackable Slim or a PSP3000. You will brick it and I won't feel sorry for you because I just told you. It also mentions this in the guide. Google to find and download PSPident. This program will tell you what your motherboard is.

Ok, im on a Madden Blue PSP doing this, its Ver. OFW 5.50.
Are these models known to have the T-88 boards? Becasue i just cut along the gold line, i can see that its cut, and my PSP doesnt recognize it as Pandora. (stays normal)
I didnt know how to check the motherboard type without CFW. |

Some Maddens have a ta-088v2 and some Maddens have a ta-088v3.
You'll have to install ChickHEN R2 and then run PSPIdent.

Easy-To-Use Pandora's Battery Guide
My Battery looks a lot different from any I can find pictures of. It's a old fat black psp and my mom got it used, so it's older than she would know too. I opened it up and I have a motherboard that can be folded out (not slim battery). I can't seem to locate the right thing with the leg, though one of them looks close (has 8 legs, four on each side, and some writing I cant read on it), but it appears to be way too small. Not only that, but since my battery is different than everyone else's I don't know exactly which leg is the one to cut. To make matters worse, this battery has obviously had work on it and there is some hardened putty or something on half the board, though I do honestly think the one I need is exposed...just don't know the leg. How could I get support for this? Is there an index of batteries or the like? Any help would be appreciated. |
