Sorry guys but i just figured it out how to fix my problem so i just want to share with others in case they have same as mine. Ok i got the error massge that "The game could not be started. (80020321)". In order to play game in memory stick you have to access to the recovery mode. To get into this menu, you have to turn off your PSP, and turn it on again while holding the R button. A menu will appear then you navigate into the Configuration section and choose the “UMD Mode” . Press the X button then you will see “currently: M33 driver -NO UMD-”. At this point you are good to play games, just go back and restart you psp.

well to guys who are having problems with issues of the mms creator, try these solutions:

1) make sure you are on xp
2) make sure you follow all instructions
3) make sure you take out the memstick and disable when told so
4) make sure its a real memstick

to EliteElement, maybe it isnt clear, you type mspformat/mspformat.exe D (hit enter) then press Y (hit enter)

to leatherface24, you shouldnt be booting to your XMB menu, your battery is not correctly formatted

and guys if you need help give more details, like what kind of you psp you have, what type of battery, memstick, etc..just dont say "i try this and it doesnt work" BE SPECIFIC!!!
