It's a phat PSP-1001 and I'm currently running OFW 4.05. It's probably been answered before in this thread but i really don't want to search through 81 pages of posts for a solution.
Thanks! | press X, its not the battery, because i have the same one....if that doesnt work, try to remake the mms |

And when you install CFW and press X PSP will reboot?Or will it turn off?Because on all youtube videos PSP turns off after installation and they say you should remove the pandora's battery and MMS,put normal battery and turn it on.Is it that true? |

Easy-To-Use Pandora's Battery Guide
Hi, uh I'm trying to make a MMS with vista. I followed all your blue instructions but after i type in (in the command prompt) mspformat\mspformat.exe F then i hit y and enter it comes up with "write error" instead of "Drive succesfully formatted, and partition moved." I saw a video that said to just ignore it and keep going so i did. Then after i type in "msinst\msinst.exe F msinst\msipl.bin" it comes up with this:
PSP MS IPL Installer
Load IPL code msinst\msipl.bin
241664 bytes(59 block) readed
Target DRIVE is 1
Check partation Sector
boot status 0x80
start head 0x01
start sec/cyl 0x0010
partation type 0x06
last head 0x3F
last sec/cyl 0xBEE0
abs sector 0x0000002F
ttl sector 0x001DEFD1
signature 0xAA55
Check BPB Sector
signature AA55
Check free reserved sector:to small reserved sectors
Any way to fix or get passed this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Easy-To-Use Pandora's Battery Guide
I spent a good 9 hours researching, going through guide after guide and this is the best guide that works and is easy to follow.
If you have a slim, like me, and this is your first time, like me, you probably made the pandora batery, plugged it in and think you bricked your slim because it's just bank with just a green light. Don't worry, you have to have the MMS to have your psp load up with the pandora battery... if you don't have another psp to work with (my girlfriend had the phat I made the MMS with after I realized the slim psp won't load with a normal memory stick and a pandora battery) then you need to buy a new battery and make a MMS.
don't be discouraged about buying another battery also... you'd probably do it eventually. |
