04-09-2007, 06:56 AM i seriously doubt the psp has the ability to play runescape java enabled or not. while the graphics aren't much, i think that since there are so many people on at one time it's just too much information for the psp to handle. i could be very wrong, but yeah it just doesn't sound like something the psp can do to me.

04-09-2007, 10:54 AM It's possible via remote PC VNC. Let me make one thing clear however. It's a big pain in the ass, it's laggy and to be honest it's at best a proof of concept.
You can bareley type and because the RuneScape window is 800x600 and our PSP screens are 480x272 there needs to be a lot of scrolling, to get to what you want. If you've ever used PSP VNC before, scrolling to see more of the screen = lag.
I'm just saying it's possible but not worth your time.

04-10-2007, 06:02 AM Nope, that won't work either. You wouldn't be running it off your web browser, you'd be connecting to a remote PC with a homebrew program called "PSP VNC" which then does the RuneScape playing. You control your mouse with the PSP and the PC relays images back to your PSP of what you're doing.
Extremely laggy, though I suppose it can be usefull if you preload your avatar with a tonne of law runes and use an air staff and all you do is just teleport to Camelot. Still, it'll be very laggy and it's still kind of boring though and it would be just about all you could do. I tried fletching on it and it was more trouble than it was worth. Just about anything would be, to be honest.

You'll also need a server version for your PC. This is what your PSP connects to. I use one called "Real VNC". Oh and there's no sound too.
