PSP wont power up HELP

My kids PSP will only turn on green light for a couple of seconds, and then just turn off. Nothing on the sreen or any load sound. Does anyone know how to fix?

that is a Brick man a non functional psp

If your running custom firmware, you can hold the R trigger while booting to go into recovery mode. If not, there's not much you can do. Usually a psp is bricked when upgrading/downgrading. Theres not much you can do to brick a psp when not writing to the flash memory.

so if we were in the process of downgrading holding R Trigger won't work right? sorry I'm just in alot of denial that I bricked a pal's psp

well unless you have custom firmware and semi-bricked you can recover.
