    hi, how do i format the 4gb memory stick to fat 16, iv done it befor but i cant remember how to do it on my new stick

    your right on the size thing, but for people having trouble with .iso's lagging this fixes it. for whatever reason, the psp reads faster from fat16 than fat32. if you have lots of homebrew however, then i can see how this could cause a problem. once i had a universal remote program on my 4gb and the file that had all of the remote frequencies stored on it, about a 5.5mb file, took up almost 40mb! i have only large files on mine now, so no worries for me
