Kind of an odd topic, but when I opened my battery to hardmod it, I guess I didn't cut it open properly so the casing doesn't fit back together well. Thus it's very difficult to force them together, jam them in my psp, and get the psp case over it. Then, if I touch the back of my psp too roughly, it moves the battery enough to not connect to my psp, causing me to have to always have the charger in.
What's a good way to fix the battery without buying a new one? I'm afraid to put electric tape on it because if I make the battery any fatter I'm speculating that it will only be tougher to fit in the psp. In other words, how can I ghetto rig my battery.![]()

Had a similar issue after openening one of mine. I ended up shaving down the edges that fit together with a file and using super glue. When I first put it in, it moved around inside too much and I used to lose power. So I took some more super glue and glued a small thin piece of packing foam to the battery cover. Hope that helps.![]()
