02-19-2008, 06:25 PM By federal law all broadcast tv in the US is a combination of analog NTSC video and audio signal on a band in the low FM range. It's switching to digital NTSC next year. In short, you could probably get your PSP to recognize it, but it would never pick up a signal unless you were in japan.
