custom FW on slim psp. how-to?

I have read and am kind of confused.


I have a CFW on my fat psp. I have created pandora battery of mine and did my sisters "newer" psp whihc had a new official FW on it and that seemed to go ok.

I want to do my gf's slim psp.

in reading I see pictures of poppping batteries apart and all this?
is it necessary????

I dont want to wreck my battery or anything... but I have a slim with official and fat with CFW.. can I do this without perm damage?

You dont need to hard mod the battery if you've already soft modded it. Popping open the battery and lifting the pin etc is only needed if you don't have access to an existing PSP with CFW on it.

You have your Pandora's battery already. Download Despertar del Cementerio and install it on your memory card using your Phat PSP with CFW firmware on it.
