I was "tubing" (compulsively watching youtube while bored at work.) and I saw a PSP that looked like a damned disco ball that had dropped acid. Friggin lights and clear plates everywhere, this cat had some time on his hands. I WANT ONE. I've done like a XXXzillion soft mods to my PSP. Everything from the little Vista browser thing to turning on the TV with it. I'm getting bored. I want lights. Any how-to's or kits? I hate kits BTW. Rather hack and slash it myself. BUT I WANT CRAZY TRIPPIN DISCO FEVER PSP!!!

Haha I think there's a guide on youtube for making that mod. It looks awesome but I think I'd get rather annoyed with it after a while XD I just want lights on the L and R buttons when I press them or something XD

Yeh me to. It is too much, I just want the lights on L and R buttons as well. And it would be distracting and probably after a while hurt your eyes.

lofl yeah there is no way in hell i would want to have that thing flashing and having goofy little color orgasms all the time. I was just refering to the lights in general. I tend to agree with you guys on the light up triggers or something. And even that would need to be an optional modification. I can't have lights flashing all the time. But when you're like "hey check out my .bin file mods!" most people other than the uber nerds like me are like ". . . ok?" I just want something new that other dudes don't have. Especially since in my small town I was the one who started modding psps. Gotta keep it fresh yo! lololol.

i saw a tutorial video of a guy that put switches on the sides of his psp. he could just hit the switch and the lights would come on. then he made CPU responsive, then he put on some music and it looked wicked slick

    Different types of lighting:

Cpu reactive not ever been made. Memory stick reactive has been done, Wifi reactive, Sound reactive, Fader.

    different ways of activating it

Wifi switch activated, external switch activated, Hold activated, Electronic switch activated.

yeah i started. others followed . . . by saying "you do it i dont wanna mess mine up." i was working at gamestop at the time and was bored as hell. and my discount and knowlege of the return policy allowed me the option of screwing up and still having a psp. got it right the third time. heheh. im in pc fl though so . . . unless it deals with alcohol clubs or the beach its not hard to be a pioneer in almost anything. even psp modding. i was the coolest kid at . . . . gamestop but yeah. lights..
