First hardware mod help

Can someone help me?
i want to hardmod my psp 2004.
what is a good first mod?

Try changing the buttons or faceplate first. Then, when your more confident, change the backplate aswell. You could also try adding LEDs in the L and R buttons.

Its not that hard to change the housing, I managed to change both the back and faceplate. (Im only 13!)

Decent cases/buttons can be found on DealExtreme.com.

A word of advice though, put pressure on a screw, and prethread all the screw holes before you try and it put back together. I stripped 2 screws and had to drill them out.

I found some stuff on the internet, and i did this:

I've stripped one and lost two.
But it is stil together.
