    how do I downgrade it to a compatible software that could recognize my memory stick again? it say "The system software of your PSP™ system is version 5.02. There is no need to update"

    same thing happened to me too but you need to get a pandora battery and a mms...and get dcv7 and use that to downgrade to 4.01 or go to the site in my signature for more help and put refferer as raz

    niardla... use ultrapandora installer v4.c that's everything you need to downgrade your psp, you'll need one with custom firmware to use it.
