cfw upload stops to 1%

I have a new psp out of box ofw 3.95 , motherboard Ta-088
I made a magic memory stick using Rain.When I insert Pandora batery and select X the proces stops at 1% and the the PSP shuts down!
I have an original Pandora batery which installed a cfw in my friend's PSP, so works great.I redone 5 times so far the memory stick using different ways.
The same result! I go mad here!
Anyhelp will be much apreciated!!

make it again...if you are on vista make sure you run the rain's mms maker AS ADMIN.

Use another MS,this might be a fake one.

try installing a different CFW release.
