I tried using the googles to answer this but i got a lot of bad info so i figured I would come to where people know their stuff.

I am trying to use my usb cable to connect and it gets stuck on "please wait". it doesnt freeze, i can back out. it used to work fine and a window would pop up on my pc, now nothing. im running windows xp.

usb charge is off and yes the mem stick is formatted. the psp doesnt show up on the device manager.

i heard something about downloading a driver to fix this. anyone know what I can do?
