So i got an e-mail from another psp mod website! titled is your psp even hackable? this is what was in that e-mail:

hey Wayne -we get lots of questions about whether or not people's PSPs are hackable, here are some basic guidelines:

All 1000 Series PSPs are hackable...

The 2000 Series are somewhat more complicated. The oldest units that have a motherboard before the TA-088v3 are hackable. The newer ones that have the TA-088v3 Motherboards are NOT hackable. And the newest ones have a TA-090v1 Motherboard, which IS hackable.

The 3000 series PSP use the TA-090v2 Motherboard, this used to NOT be hackable until the Datel Lite Blue Tool came out.

so has anyone bought this this Datel Lite Blue Tool and does it even work or is it really just a scam like a few websites suggest??? they're all saying it works on the 2000 series and takes you to service mode, but only works as a regular battery in the 3000 series, therefore a scam!!!

would like a few hints before a waste £15 on one!
