Corrupted files on MS

I was foolish enough to install the MHU Freestore homebrew and I downloaded a few things from there. These are now corrupted icons in my games folder, and when I plug in my psp to the pc to manually delete the folders (since I cannot on the psp I get a delete failed message) I get an error reading Delete Failed cannot read files from source or disc. These files are not large, but read as being hundreds of Gigs large. I also am not a fan of corrupted file icons. I dont want to have to take the time, put all my files on the pc, format the MS, and put them back as I have a 16gb thats practically full and this would probably take quite some time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
