Hi guys!
I recently cracked my psp screen, and when I was changing it,
I did everything fine, I have experience dealing with eletronics,
but something you will find weird, and I find really weird is that the
smallest screen connector, the little one, lost the " Weld " ( is that
name correct? ), and it popped up!
It is simply too small for me to put it back on place with the machinery
I have, and talking to a technician, he told me it's impossible to find
a new piece like that, eighter to put it back.
So I must buy a new motherboard because of a 2mm connector...
TO MY QUESTION.:
I am unsure which exactly is my motherboard, I am sure it's fully hackable,
so does it matter which one I buy? Also, will I be able to buy one nowadays?
I could try buying on ebay, but I found only 1, or 2, and I don't think they
will ship to my country...
Thanks a lot!
Any suggestion other than throwing it on the trash?

The cost of buying a mobo on the net likely exceeds the cost of buying a used PSP locally.
Your best bet is buying a 2K with a broken screen.
Thanks for the replies!
@thesexyone, thx for the site mate, but I guess they don't have motherboards...
@Slowman I know that, but in my country psp's prices are high. Like, mine was bought in NY for 130$, what in my country's money
would cost like 220R$ ( more or less ). But the price of a new psp here is around 500 - 600 R$ ( A lot more... )
So, buying a new mobo would be less than buying an used psp ( A broken screen one I only found for 400 R$ ).
And a mobo... well I sitll did not find in my country!
Oh, and to my question before, any of you know if would make such difference in which mobo I buy, as long as
it's psp 2k?
Thanks a lot!
Edit.: Actually, I found this site, that by the look, ships to my country, and worldwide!
And they do have mobos, even though they do not specify the model of it.
So, still, could I buy any mobo, and they won't differ as long as it's 2k one?

Portuguese - Até que enfim eu achei on vrasileiro aqui, huahauha. Daí fudeu tudo e perdi a placa mãe e a LCD. Para a sua sorte, achei o conector que vc precisa na DX, mas é pro PSP 1000. Pesquise no Dealextreme.com : Repair Parts Replacement LCD Backlight Interface Module for PSP 1000
Translation .: Thanks a lot buddy, but I don't think that the 1k connector will work...
Still, I will give it a shot...
And what did you have in mind to glue that connector???hehe
Translation of my last post - So I found a brasilian here huahauha. It may be incredible, but it had the same problem with my MB , but mine came out was cenector the side of this small, long, unfortunately I had the terrible idea to put super bonder connector with flat cable . So I lost the motherboard and the LCD. Luckily for you, I found the connector that you need on DX, but it's for PSP 1000.
