PSP Phat / 1000 In horrible shape. Problems w/ repair

Hello, I came here to confirm that if I force out stripped screws, will it ruin the back faceplate? I have 2 stripped screws and cannot take apart my PSP.

What I was planning to do was buy a new faceplate and some replacement screws, and just force the 2 stripped screws / break the inserts just to get the front faceplate off.
I am wondering if forcing them out will ruin the back plate or just the front plate, if it ruins only the front plate, I'm in good shape and can just replace the frontplate and screws.

Why I want to repair my PSP: There is absolutely nothing wrong software-wise or inside of the PSP, it's pretty much the cosmetics. There are 2 large cracks in the front plate plastic, since 2 screws are stripped there is a large opening on the sides. Also the analog is damaged, it moves slowly up and left. But down and right it moves at normal speeds. (Earlier I had the problem where it would pan to a corner of the screen all of the time, this was due to the stripped screws, I have a rubber band holding the faceplate down and it fixed that issue.)

If it only does damage the front plate, will these parts work?

Nope, the back faceplate will be fine. The replacement faceplate would probably work just fine although it is likely NOT original and may have some fitment issues.

a trick i learned awhile back, sometimes when you buy various items like toys and whatnot that require assembly they come with cheap crappy screw drivers. i ALWAYS save these for just such occasions. what i do is, put a very small amount of gel super glue on the tip of the screw driver. very carefully and slowly slide it into the screw hole and make contact with the stripped screw. hold it firmly in place for the reccommended amount of time (gel super glue has the fastest set time) i even let it sit a little longer that suggested, to ensure a proper bond. once set you can easily remove the screws.

NOTE: doing this requires steady hands, if your hands are shaky theres a chance you may touch the inside walls of the screw hole permanently bonding the screw driver to the object in question. do this at your own risk.
