I'm thinking of spray-painting my PSP green or yellow. I know you can buy new shells in different colours to the original - so what should I do? Is spray-painting the PSP worth it? (Like will the paint peel if you use that sticky shit?) And is the portable fairly easy to re-assemble? I know there are tutorial's on Youtube, but I don't want to be half-way and it's like "Oh no, the paint's peeling" or "Where does this component fit in?" Thanks in advance.

PSP's are ridiculously easy to take apart but most consumer-level spray paints are low quality. It will absorb oil from your hands and become discolored and will flake over time.
I say no Spray paint, i had some success with Acyrilic paint at one point, but either way it all wears off eventually, its just a matter of how much you want on your hands after you fucked up some asian kid in Monster Hunter

I wouldn't mess with spray painting it, I would just change the housing.
^^ Yea', seems like a good idea. Thanks for the replies mens'.

i had some suxess with this a while back
i basically used an acrylic paint like plastikote (not sure if you can get that in USA/CAN ) and i rubbed down after each coat, then a few layers of clear coat. worked a treat.
If I can find my images, i will upload them to show you what they can look like after done.
