Hello im kinda new but ive been looking for a solution for my problem for a while now. any way here's the story:

i was interested in get a cfw on my psp, but i could only find a lite one that would install. so i got to playing with it and opened a file called flash0 trying to install a custom font. it said i didnt have enough memory so i deleted some files in the font folder and put my custom ones in there and restarted my system. when i truned it back on, it loaded the "sony computer entertainment" thing and didnt go any farther. after searching for a while i found out about the recovery mode, but that wont work either, it just goes to the sony thing.

its been about a year sence then so i dont remeber much about it other than its a 1000 series and i think i was up to 6.(something) for the ofw. i know about the pandora battery but i cant really get one right now. is there any other way i can fix this? thank you, i really appericiate this in advanced

sencirely, the most noobish of noobs

p.s. sorry about the spelling, my weakest subject in grade school and now

Well, brother your PSP could be dead right now and your PSP doesnt have recovery menu because your Firmware is just only the light CFW ones and not full cfw and your only chance is to buy the pandora battery or barrow your friends PSP to convert your battery into Pandora's battery.

P.S tell your friend that you need Fully hacked PSP (3.71 m33,3.90 m33,5.00 m33,5.50 Gen-D)

you have semi-bricked the psp and it is possible to unbrick it without a pandora.

But, you say that you can't access the recovery menu and thats a problem. i guess you didn't do it properly.

shutdown the psp fully by removing the battery and popping it again.
Now hold down the R trigger and power on the psp and see if the menu appears.
