PSP Isn't Powering on

i have tried with and without battery no lights or nothing. the charger's defiantly fine. i don't know what to do i haven't used it in a year, worked perfectly before i stopped using it, did replace the analog stick but still worked fine. missing a whole bunch of screws cause my little bro tried taking it apart and lost all the screws. so if anyone has ideas or suggestions please help
