It's probably hidden. I'm not sure what to tell you from there but you could google it. I had a problem like that on my pictures folder on my cpu. I'll see if I remember how to fix it and get back to you.

Hey guys, I connected my psp to my pc and there's no folders in there. En_recovery is the only one in there. I changed my umd and still can't see the folders. Everything works fine, I can play and listen to music in my psp but can't find the folders when connected to my pc. Plz help!
Edit: Oh, and i tried to create a new folder 'MUSIC' and it said that an existing folder is in the psp and whether i need to 'replace and move' it.
Thanks,
eason

Is your PSP Hacked?
If it is, I think this is the problem: Click Select Then go to Recovery Menu - Configuration - XMB USB Device!!!
If its on Flash2 or Flash3
Change it to Memory Stick
If thats not the Problem Theres another Way : Go to Settings - System Settings - Restore Default Settings and see if it works
Tanvir: I tried that before posting this question and it didn't work...
Vasco: It's already set as 'memory stick' and after I restored to default, i still can't find the folders.
Thanks BTW.
Okay Try This because I Had a Problem that was the XMB Wont load
this may work!!!
1. Power off your PSP
2. Hold down SELECT START TRIANGLE SQUARE all at the same time and continue holding them down while you power up.
3. See if that brings up the default menu
Vasco: I can't bring the default menu by pressing select. I need to hold R while turning on the power. Am i suppose to hold R, start, triangle, square and turn on the power at the same time? Will it work?
Tanvir: Tried that and it didn't work.
El Guapo: It's 5.50GEN-D3. Any ideas? Formating it is that last thing I'll do cuz I don't have a back up files.
Srry for my bad english, my first language isn't english.

Try using a card reader instead of your PSP
EDIT; Are you using Windows 7?

If you dont have a card reader, buy this.
Amazon.com: For SONY Memory Stick Pro & Duo USB Card Reader Adapter: Computers & Accessories
It reads MS Pro Duo, price is decent. Shipping is free. The people who reviewed it seem pretty happy with their choice.

If you have another memory card try it and see if it works
if not maybe your PC Cant Read your Memory Card
or your psp haves something thats blocking that!!!
Tanvir: One of my cousin have one, I'll try borrow it from him..
El Guapo: Tried that and found this-
MSTK_PRO.IND....................0kb
MEMSTICK.IND.....................0kb
Recycler
Vasco: I only have one.
Don't know whether this will help but i downloaded this new 'ad-aware antivirus' software. When i plugged in my psp, it shows about 5-6 threats(Worm). I deleted it and now I have this problem.
If I remember right you may need to right click the folder and open as Administrator. However that may of just been for the MMS creator. I can't remember 100%
