i think that remote looks old...pretty boreing too...the controller is all i use for dvd playing.

Well, here it is. The remote control of all remote controls. This is the Sony Blu-Ray remote for the PS3, and it looks wonderful. It is very similar to Sony's current PS2 DVD remote, but this is quite new. Notice the BLUE, RED, GREEN, and YELLOW buttons on the remote, what could they be for? What does Sony have in store for us? Time will most certainly tell.
According to reports, the Blu-Ray remote will sell for $31, or roughly 3600 Yen. Also, just like with the original PS2, you can use the SIXAXIS controller for your Blu-Ray play back needs (no need to shell out $31 to watch movies? Good thinking again Sony!). One topic I find interesting is that Sony will be releasing the remote in Japan a good three weeks after the PS3 comes out.

10-04-2006, 10:56 PM oooooo...burn, lol. I use my computer for dvd's/divx, being that I don't have a tv. and that controller totally looks like the old one for my dad's dvd player (like $400 when they first came out, lol), 360 remote kicks that one's ass, then teabags it into shamefulness....

10-06-2006, 02:21 AM most sony remotes are quite ugly. Remember that sony remote that was only one big lcd? My friend had one and his Dad wouldent let us even touch it as he was too scard that we would break it! They went through a whole bunch too becasue they broke from falling off his couch. Sony = $$ wasted.
