custom icons on a 3.03

ok heres the deal i was just messing around on my psp the other day and my dad was like u should do the network update i thought it would just like update the internet browser so i said ok and let him do it when i got back i was on 3.03 -.- sucks hu but i dont really like old or homemade games really anyway i just wanna ono if i can get custom icons off a site or somthing and how i can get 3.03 eob

you need a 1.5.... why did you update? i thought you bought the psp off ebay that was downgradeable... why did you update? you've been on this site and reading and asking questions i thought you would have smartened up by now... sucks to upgrade....

and no you cant go to 3.03 oe-b, when you had 2.71 you should of just downgraded to 1.5 and then upgrade to 3.03 oe-b, im not much of a fan of old games neither, but homebrew is better than nothing

and you cant do custom icons, for custom icons it requires the psp to run a flash app, and 3.03 cant run anykind of homebrew at all

I feel bad for you...that sucks. but dont post I dont really like the other firmwares anyways because we all know you wish you were running it. Its not just about old and homemade games maybe you didnt get a full taste of running a custom firmware or 1.5.

without any homebrew I would have never bought a psp.

I myself didnt know anything about homebrew.. Well I once was looking for some info I dont remember what it was.. and some how i GOT on a page saying you could run SNES emulators on a PSP.. Since I didnt have a PSP by that time I didnt care..

Then I got one and i was Mmmm. I need to lookfor that... I went to Wikipedia and typed PSP.. and somehwere in the long PSP guide.. It says about homebrew.. and i was YEAHH thats it..
