Web Browser + AFKIM

Hey Im runnin on 1.5 and need a web browser, also I cant get AFKIM(has like aim and yahoo on it) to work, any 1 know any good reliable links to both.

hmm i wonder if they have a full multi IM client like trillian for the PSP...

Idk I know if u have a browser runnin you can go on aimonpsp.com, and thats not bad cause I mostly use aim. + When I had my old psp on 3.51 I had some psp portals and iPSP gives u msn, aim, and yahoo. =\ sadly the portals wont work now

Yea idk why it wont work on my psp, i guess ill have to try an earlier version, who knows.

If you don't want to upgrade to a CFW (recommended) use Devhook to emulate a higher firmware which then you will have the Internet Browser, then once you do that just use a web based IM site to use AIM/MSN/YIM or just get a portal with one.

why dont you get a CFW? you get web browser and i have a app (not a homebrew app. i had it on my 3.11 psp) called psp messenger. pspmessenger.tk is where i got it... it has aim, yim, and msn...

Idk because my one friend says if u do go up to a cfw u might encounter some probs with ur games(like not all homebrew is supported) and yea I suppose devhook might be a solution as well, but I would like to kno wat that one homebrew browser is called, ive been searchign for it and surprisingly i cant find it.

And your friend is wrong, with CFW you will have better compatibility with games and homebrew.

But you can still use Devhook if you don't want to upgrade.

Arite well if its suggested i do upgrade to a cfw, is the cfw3.51 reliable? I heard since it just came out its still in like beta phase, please get back to me. Also when I put lets say new homebrew on the memory card do i treat it like a 1.5? and put the reg folder and the % one?

yes but instead of putting it in the GAME folder it goes in the GAME150 folder if you dont have a GAME150 folder make it.

I haven't had a problem with 3.51M33 yet, besides using custom themes.

Arite 2 last question b4 I get 3.51M33, lets say I get a home brew game, and the file contains 2 possible versions 1 and 1.5, does it matter which I choose? And if I do choose lets say the 1, do I have to make a GAME100 folder?

personally i won't use the 3.51M33 because they keep updateing 24/7 which would bother me stick with 3.40oe for now.

ya its a quiker, easier installation and like wolf said, there are soo many updates to it... or you could get 3.03 oe-c...
