How to Install a full speed Gameboy "Easy for 1st time users"

I had originally created this tutorial to help a guy who pm'd me needing help, but I figured why let it go to waste in my pm box?

*Please note it hasn't been confirmed if this works on the psp SLIM.


Step One-download the file (I have the file. If you need it send me a pm. Or if I'm not available, the file can be located on bittorrent.

Step Two-open the the zip folder, it should be named "gpsp08andbios"

Step Three-There should be four folders,
Open the one that's named "gpsp08_150"

Step Four-Copy all of the contents in that folder to \PSP\Game or \PSP\Game150 if the first one doesn't work.

Step Five-Once saved create a folder inside the "gpsp" folder and name it "Roms"

Step Six-Download whichever GBA game you want to play and then place it inside the "Roms" folder.

Step Seven-Turn on psp and select the memory stick under the game symbol.

Step Eight-There should be a folder or game or whatever you want to call it named "gpSP" press X and it should load.

Step Nine-At the top left should be words like
"ms0:/PSP/Game/GPSP" and "GBA_BIOS.BIN" and on the top right hand should be ".." and "Roms" I want you to select "Roms". Make sure it is highlighted that's how you'll know you're selecting it. ALSO THIS THING IS KINDA WEIRD SO TO SELECT SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO PRESS "O".

Step Ten-Select the game you want to play with the "O" button and it will load. Once again make sure the game is highlighted so you know you're selecting that game.

Inside Game Instructions

To change framerate
Press and hold the Triangle button and then you either select up to skip more frames and press down to skip less. (Only use this if the game is laggy it otherwise it should be set to "00")

To Change/Restart/and Return to Games

Press and hold the Triangle button and then press the right directional button (The one with Up,Down,Left,and Right.) Scroll down to either Load new game, Restart currently running game, or return to currently running game.

To Change Screen Size

Press and hold the Triangle button and then press the right directional button. Scroll to "Display" and select which size you want with the right and left directional buttons. (Fullscreen is the best one in my opinion.)

To Save and Load The Progress In The Game

Press and hold the Triangle button and then press the right directional button. Scroll to "Save state from slot 0 or Load State from slot 0". Change the 0 to a 1 and then Save your game there. When you want to load it just go to Load State and once again change the 0 to a 1 or whichever number you saved your state in and you will be taken to that exact spot.(This helps because if you save before you die you can just reload and start back where you saved, cool huh?)
