how to get tic tac toe to work for psp and ds

hi i got homebrew for ds and remember the tic tac toe game for psp vs ds, and i thauhgt it would be cool to take it into school and show my mates on what there missing out on(HAHAHA), does anyone know how to get it to work
i cant seem to do it, i have all the files on, and the game loads, but its only playing one player on each handheld at the mo.
