Error 8002014C when trying to launch homebrew

For a long time I used 3.40 OE-A, with my only homebrew being FastLoader, used because playing off the memory stick doesn't eat through my battery. However, today I upgraded to 3.80 M33-2 and now I'm having trouble getting either FastLoader, or Dark Alex's UMD Dax Dumper Beta 0.2 to work.

The exact error code is "The game could not be started. (8002014C)"

I have tried placing the two folders with the homebrew (NAME and %NAME, as examples) in my GAME150, GAME380, and GAME folders, to no avail. Looking at some of the other help topics, I have tried changing some of the options in the Recovery Menu ("Game folder homebrew" and "UMD Mode" optoins, specifically), but this also has not worked.

you need to download the eloader
some homebrews wont run using just the cfw so u hav to download eloader 1.00
and then put tht inside the normal game folder
run it
then when the menu comes up
selct the homebrew you want to run
and it will run

So I finally figured out what it was, which was that the 1.50 kernel doesn't come standard with the 3.80 M33 distribution, which I was unaware of, previously being in 3.40 OE-A. Long story short, I downloaded the 1.50 Kernel add on, and now things are working very nicely.
