and there should be a TM folder in the root of ur memstick as well as 401.PBP

On Vista right click and run as admin, Load the 4.01 Official eboot, check format, click make MMS. Hold L, put the pandora's battery in, let go of L when the screen shows.
I dont know anything about any folders. The program makes all of the psp and cfw folders.

Chinese PSP-S110 batterys can not be hard or softmodded unlike the older Japanese ones.
Next thing is what is the psp, how old is it what firmware did it come with. If it came out of the box with 4.01 thats a sign that it is a TA-088v3 and wont be hackable until a new ipl is written for them.

It does not work on a virgin stick.
So I'd avoid it.
