i've read somewhere that there's a homebrew app that lets you watch tv on your psp....anybody know what its called and whether it'll work on 4.01m33-2?
not really true....u can set the fake region in recov to japan or one of those, and this TV icon is supposed to come up, where u can watch weird japanese tv....but, even if u want to do that, i dont think it works anymore, cause i tryed on my phat and slim, and neither worked....
but what u can do is use TVUplayer on your psp...download this....
http://dl.qj.net/TVUPlayer-on-PSP-PS...9975/catid/142
read the readme to see how to set it up....
but instead of installing the TVUplayer version thats in the package, download this on....
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Interne...VUPlayer.shtml
since this one has more channels on it....
hey thanks for that tomaversa...
i'll go ahead and give it a try...
EDIT: will this work on 4.01m33-2? i don't have 1.50

you can also watch tv on your PSP if you have a locationfree player..
that's actually what I use my PSP for 95% of the time, heh
Ok. I will only use at home anyway

I have never tried this. But I heard you actually have to be in the region for it work, not just fake the region. I think it had something to do with not wanting to use too much bandwidth to send the video across the world, so they locked it to the region it should be in. But i'm not 100% sure.
cool i had no idea you could get the tv icon on US psp's
lol i enabled fake region =]
like having an icon on the xmb i cant use =]
Silly little clown. =P
