Next you access the PSP's M33 Recovery Menu and enable it in the Plugins section.
Then when you reach the XMB, you just press SELECT. Make sure you disable the default menu first, or else both will show up. (That's what happened to me anyways)

btw, when i used the installer in the psp, the psp would just turn off and nothing would happen
