It seems a lot of people(Including myself) have had problems running any version above V2..I can run V2 but if I use any 3.00+ I get the freeze and it seems to only happen on phats..maybe too much for the RAM to handle?

07-16-2009, 04:40 AM Has anyone got Light Cycle 3d to run?? I just d/led it out of curiousity because i loved playing the original arcade tron and thought this would be great. I have tried it from Game and 5xx folders, but it crashes right after the dashhacks screen every time. I haven't tried to run it through a loader.

07-16-2009, 06:31 AM I did a complete reload and started putting my plugins back 1 by 1...so far with cxmb, cwcheat, pops, and music.prx it is going ok....i'll edit or post back when i run into it crashing again....but it plays nice now...yayz..
EDIT: Prognosis is that it's the fatmsmod....I haven't installed it back and Light Cycle 3.01 is still working.
Setup is as follows after the clean flash:
5.00 m33-6 w/ 1.5
cpu at max for xmb/game
mspd speedup always
music.prx
ultimate vsh
cwcheat
pops
cxmb and themes
version.txt at 5.51 (enabled)
maybe someone else with the mod can shoot down the theory....but so far it seems to be the gremlin.
