Original PSP with old CFW - easiest way to upgrade?

I havent touched my original PSP in a while, but i wanted to see how easy it would be to update to the latest CFW.

it's been yrs, so i probably have version 3.XX or so.

any help would be greatly appreciated. let me know if you need more details.

i pretty much forget everything from back in the day. i still have a crapton of .iso or .cso or whatever the extension was that compressed them somewhere on a HDD. dont think i have that software anymore.

should i just update to OFW 6.60 and then use the 6.60ME-1.8?

edit: yep it worked.

can i access the PS store now with this PSP? i know in the olden days you couldnt access the store with CFW
