The best way to fix this problem is to delete those files and go BUY your games you dirty pirate. They are dirt cheap these days. If you can afford the system then you can afford the games.

I have never come across this problem before. I have a 1002 myself running 5.00m33-6. If you completely shutdown your psp by either holding the power button until all lights turn off or pulling the battery out. After that hold in the R-trigger and turn the psp back on (boots back into recovery). If you scroll down to Advanced >> Advanced Configuration. There will be an option for "Execute BOOT.BIN in UMD/ISO, make it enabled by pressing X. Now restart your device and see if that lets you run it. I'm not sure if it will work, maybe someone else will be more of assistance than I
